	Diversity Research Laboratory The Diversity Research Laboratory facilitates, produces and disseminates multidisciplinary research dedicated to leisure as it relates to diverse and distinct communities.
	East St. Louis Action Research Project Faculty and students from several campus units collaborate with each other and East St. Louis neighborhood groups on highly tangible and visible projects that address the immediate and long-term needs of some of the city's most distressed communities.
	Park Planning and Policy Laboratory The Park Planning and Policy Laboratory conducts research directed at understanding park and protected area development, including community-based decision-making related to park policy.
	Tourism Laboratory for Economic and Social Behavior Research The Tourism Research laboratory encourages and facilitates the creation of cutting edge theoretical and applied knowledge in tourism to improve the economic, social and cultural sustainability of communities.
